Diesel Coin USA™ Merchandise Store Refund & Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Certain items such as custom orders, digital downloads, or clearance items may be non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. If you need to exchange an item, email us at dslcn@dieselcoin.io with your order number and details.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
